Philosophy

Doctors Mays and Bruno want your orthodontic treatment to be efficient and effective. Early observation by the age of seven allows the doctors to determine if orthodontic problems exist and decide the best time to begin treatment. Doctors Mays and Bruno are conservative and will monitor growth and development until treatment is indicated. Early treatment is sometimes necessary for more severe problems (crossbite, severe crowding and severe jaw discrepancies) although it does not preclude treatment in the permanent dentition. Comprehensive treatment can be delayed in most cases until the adolescent dentition has erupted. Doctors Mays and Bruno time treatment to afford the best possible facial and functional result.
