Our office can be reached Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Appointments

We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing
an appointment. We do ask, when possible, to please give us
24-hours notice if you will not be able to come to your appointment.

Fees and Insurance

Payment of most fees are apportioned without interest over the
treatment period which may be two years or more.  We welcome
insurance payment directly to us and as a courtesy will assist you
in filing your insurance forms.

Third party financing is available for longer terms.
